The process of designing, ordering and fitting the new kitchen with Dawn and Steve was swift and professional. Dave and Wayne, the fitters were very efficient , extremely cooperative and could turn their hand to all manner of skills that were needed during the installation, which took eight days from start to finish. All told, my new kitchen was all worth waiting for and I'm pleased that I chose Swansea Home Improvements to do the work.

Fantastic service from start to finish, everything delivered on time and installed on time. Particular thanks to Dawn and Steve for all their help in selecting the kitchen units and all the accessories etc A special thank you to Dave Thomas who was an excellent fitter, tiler, plumber etc. Dave took pride in his work and made sure that our kitchen had a high quality finish. Nothing was too much for Dave and he was always helpful and offering advice. I am hoping to have Dave fit my bathroom next year, he was a person I could trust, although he drank me out of coffee!

Bit late writing this review,Steve came up and we talked about what I wanted ,Steve suggested what colours would suit ,and I went by his recommendation, he also gave us companies to use for tiling,plastering, and we used them, and even used them again for other jobs , all the work was carried out in a professional manner ,and was fitted in the time scale that was quoted everyone worked together as all walls ceilings had to be plastered,flooring laid,and new electrics put in, the three contractors worked well ,and great communication by all . The kitchen is of high quality and would recommend that you give Steve a call he knows what he is talking about thank about .aboutthank

After my son and daughter were so pleased with thier new kitchens from swansea home improvements,my husband and I ordered our new kitchen with them and we couldn't have been more happy with the amazing result.Steve was exceptional at his job of guiding us through every step with his professional way of explaining which way would be best to set out the kitchen.The fitters were unbelievable,very polite ,clean and tidy and they fitted it during the week before lockdown so they worked hard to finish it to make sure that we wouldn't be without a kitchen in lockdown.Dawn was wonderful with her expertise and knowledge of how to make the best of the kitchen,she was so patient with me changing my mind quite often!I was so grateful to her for guiding me through the process.The end result is unbeleivable,we are so pleased with it.WE would definitely recommend Swansea Home Improvements to anyone.Thank you so much.anita and David

From inception in February to completion in May, I didn't make it easy for Steve and Dawn, 4 design visits and 5 plans later my dream kitchen was realised.As a Baker I needed every available space filled with drawers, shelves and cupboards, so to achieve this Steve helped me find two separate manufactures that could provide two different designs that when blended together produced a truly remarkable outcome.With the help of Granite Worktops in Penclawdd, TW Thomas Tiles in Swansea and the meticulous carpentry skills of Andrew Walters I could not wish for a better result.Kitchen installations involve many trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tiling and work surface fitting, all of which can be found under one roof to ensure a smooth scheduled installation.I cannot recommend Swansea Home Improvements enough, Steve, Dawn and Andrew delivered a kitchen install experience that was efficient, timely and most importantly beautiful.

Have recently had a kitchen fitted by Swansea Home Improvements. The whole process from consultation to fitting has been a pleasant and seamless one. Every member of the team from Steve, Dawn and the two Dave's have been friendly, helpful and polite and have made this a very pleasant experience. 5 star service from the whole team.We searched around and didn't find anything as good as they offered. We paid a bit more than what we planned however it was well worth it!From the planning to the fitting and quality of the kithen.The fitter which we had, Andrew Walters could not do enough for us. He is very friendly , reliable & a hard worker overall. He advises little things which really finish the kitchen, with the experience that he has.Be warned he is a tea pot mind lol.Excellent Service & very pleased with the end resultWould highly recommendThank you to all the team!The Watkins family

I have recently had a bedroom fitted. The work was to a very high standard. The process from planning to the finish was first rate. Would highly recommend Steve Tanner. I was even allowed to take a sample with me to get the right shade of paint to decorate beforehand.I also had a fitted kitchen in 2002 and again very high standard of workmanship.

We had our kitchen replaced in 2016 and we were very pleased with the quality of the kitchen and the profesional way it was installed and we also had the floors and walls tiled at the same time. We also felt that the cost was very competative in the market at that time.We were so pleased with the kitchen that we decided in November 2017 to have our utility room fitted out with the same units and tiles as our kitchen. Again we have been very pleased with the quality and the profesional workmanship of the instalation teams who were very clean and tidy and also gave good advise to us when needed and nothing was to much trouble.We have and would recommend Swansea Home Improvements to anyone concidering a new kitchen.
